Jason LeGate is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, for MBDA Incorporated, where he oversees all aspects of the finances of the company. Mr. LeGate joined MBDA Incorporated in 2019, bringing over 15 years of business management experience to his role with the company.

Mr. LeGate was formerly Director, Corporate International Accounting for Northrop Grumman.  He also worked as Manager of Corporate Financial Planning at Northrop.  Prior to joining Northrop, Mr. LeGate worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he consulted on several mergers and acquisitions and managed external audits of public and private companies.

Mr. LeGate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles.  He also is a Certified Public Accountant.
