Arlington, VA. – MBDA announced the re-organization of its U.S.-based subsidiary, MBDA Incorporated as a stand-alone national company. MBDA Incorporated’s new U.S. headquarters and team are in place in Arlington, Virginia. The company will now report to its Board of Directors and the MBDA Group as a national company alongside MBDA France, MBDA UK, MBDA Italy and MBDA Germany. MBDA Incorporated is led by its CEO and Chairman of the Board Jerry Agee, who recently restructured the MBDA Incorporated board with new inside and outside directors.
Antoine Bouvier, Chairman of the Board of MBDA said, “We have now transitioned our U.S.-based company, MBDA Incorporated into a national company to better position it to grow and compete for missile business in the United States. We are excited by the team that Jerry Agee has put in place to help lead this effort in the U.S.”
Jerry Agee as the CEO and Chairman of the Board for MBDA Incorporated reports to a U.S-led Board of Directors composed of both inside and outside of the company directors. Joining Mr. Agee on the Board are: Richard Cappo, Werner Kaltenegger, Lt Gen Henry “Trey” Obering, USAF (ret.), William Schneider, Jr., Giuseppe Snider, Steve Wadey, Scott Webster, John J. Welch Jr., and Julian Whitehead.
Commenting on the new re-structuring, Jerry Agee said, “We are pleased that our transition to a national company status within the MBDA family is complete. We now have the people, the finances, and the structure in place to actively compete for business in the U.S., and to look for opportunities to expand our business through partnerships and growth.”
